Just spent midweek at Centerparcs, Whinfell (the one in Cumbria). Wondered if any of the F25s I saw there belonged to members because there were a few in the car park.
I was on Three Oaks and next door but one had an 11 plate in mineral silver - any takers?
Also saw a twin of my car in the main car park - space grey, standard wheels, no xline.
On this trip the X3 really came into its own ... I can't believe how much stuff went into the boot/trunk. I didn't need to use my roofbox ... just had a couple of bike carriers on the roof bars and a Saris Bones with a couple of bikes on the rear - all our gear/food easily fitted in the luggage area.
Even loaded with all our stuff and with the extra drag from the bikes, the car was perfectly happy at "motorway" speeds and managed over 40mpg for the 120 mile journey.
Top stuff.
