Unfortunately the listing of "Spherical seats" was an error -
The X3 uses conical seats for BMW OEM wheels. Spherical seats are used on some aftermarket wheels only.
The bolts must match the hubs so M14X1.5 bolts are used on the E83 as stated.
For a F25 chassis you MUST have M14X1.25 conical seat bolts. The bolt thread length for the OEM wheels is 25 mm. The length must be matched to the wheel. Different wheels require different length bolts. I have wheels which use 25mm bolts and also winter wheels that need 30 mm bolts. The length must be such that when the bolt is fully in the wheel, there is 12 mm of bolt thread protruding from the backside. The bolt must engage 9.5 turns when torqued.
