For us young adults in Australia to receive a full licence we have 2 stages.
1st stage is to have red color P's which is a licence that allows us to go up to 90kms (this is for 1 year)
2nd stage is the green p's which allows us to go up to a speed of 100km's (this lasts for 2 years)
Then we sit for an exam to receive our full licence.
the p's that we put on our cars warn other cars that we are a provisional drivers. It is illegal for us to drive without the ugly P's on our cars.:mad:
