GLK has awful brakes compared to anything BMW
We have one and when my 328xi was in body shop for a couple of weeks I had to drive GLK instead of it. I constantly had to keep a much longer distance because I couldn't adjust to its very long brake pedal travel (typical Mercedes brakes). Steering on GLK is also pretty numb but it was faster for me to adjust to it (and I actually liked it's "numbness" when driving on highway).
