Nah. I did my wife's E90 a couple of years ago with a Motiv bleeder:



so I could do it by myself.


1. Suck all the fluid out of the reservoir. I like to use a battery filler from Autozone:


2. Fill up the reservoir with fresh fluid.

3. Connect Motiv bleeder to reservoir and pump it up.

4. Check to see if their is a preferred bleed order from service manual. If not then start with the farthest wheel and open the caliper into a clear tube into a clear container and watch for the dirty fluid to change to clean. Keep an eye on the reservoir and keep pumping until you've done all the calipers.
