One important note for when you are using ISTAD Rheingold to bleed the brakes using the DSC System:
- You'll need to leave the engine running in order to have the required voltage to operate ISTAD Rheingold ABL procedures. The other method is if you have a power supply like a Schumacher INC-700A or a CTEK MUS 25000 that has a "supply" mode.
- Make sure you apply some pressure on the brake pedal
before clicking "Continue/Next" on the procedures that require you to depress the brake pedal. Otherwise, you'll get an error and have to restart the entire bleeding procedure from the beginning which may waste brake fluid.
