Likewise, I've had 8 new BMW's, I've had a few problems over the years (5 series thermostat and 335i HPFP) but nothing like you see reported on the forums where you get the impression there are loads of problems, it's just the nature of the internet.
I do have 3 niggly things to get fixed but they are not spoiling what's a great car. I was in my friend's Range Rover Sport over the weekend, the first time I've been in it since I got my X3. It's surprising how much tighter the RR Sport is inside (especially the rear) and sunroof really mullahs the headroom.
