I would love to be able to do a remote start. However, given the things that BMW has disabled in the US (Climate on the BMW Remote app, window closing and mirror folding from the key fob, trunk closing from the key fob) I won't hold my breath for a remote start capability. Besides, that would be an Option that they could easily charge for, rather than give away for free.
