Did you register with the website? They should have sent you a link a couple days after production was finished.
I should add, mine had an error, I registered with the production number and the website never updated, or even showed the correct model or color. I got the VIN and registered that and it had all of the updated info and I got the video 5 minutes later.
Only 5 out of 7 cameras worked on mine, but it was still awesome to see it drive under its own power for the first time!
