When I go to the update site and input my VIN, I get UPD05074.BIN

When I try to upgrade, it says version I have is newer.

Here are my software versions. What gives.

Media: MN-003.001.002
Phone: TN-003.001.002

Readme file is all about 002 and lower. Why does UPDATE say this is the file for my VIN?
