I love this feature. Whenever I get into a car without it I can never seem to fine-tune the climate control to my taste. I find it most useful on dreary summer days when you have to run the compressor to keep fog off the windows. You can adjust the air coming out of the vents so they don't freeze you out of your seat.
This is just another little detail that every premium car should have.
