I just upgraded my stereo amps (and disconnected the old 205 watt amp), and the only weird result is that now the X3 F25 seems to have difficulty seeing the remote unless it is right at the steering wheel? What could cause this?

Battery in the remote checks out fine at 3.05 volts, and I am having the same problem with both the remotes. Where is the sensor that picks up the remote? Have I messed this up?

Where I could always lock with comfort access by touching the ridges on the door handle, now it only works on infrequent occasions, and this just makes no sense to me.

Thoughts or suggestions appreciated.
