Looking at the MY 2016 Canada Order Guide posted here,

I don't see either the Dynamic Handling Package (ZDH) or Dynamic Damper Control (223) listed. I would ask the salesperson to clarify, because it appears that not only are Electronic Dampers not standard, they cannot be ordered in Canada.
