I saw this episode and was surprised by it, too.

I seriously considered the XC60 -- it would've replaced a previous-gen XC60 we really loved. But the XC60 coming in first in this MW comparo? I don't understand it.

One thing I noticed in the story that might have affected the ratings was a comment about how the reviewer -- I forget if it was the "buyer" or the cars.com folks -- loved the XC60 infotainment.

Volvo's Sensus system has generally been reviewed as complex and slow. My wife hated. And I think there's no comparison between iDrive and Sensus. Also, everyone who drives the XC60 (including MW) notes its stiff ride. Again, something I think was missed in the calculation of the "winner".
