Very true. After my last car (Audi A3 Black Edition) I promised myself I'd stay clear of low profile wheels. Spent the whole time worrying I'd kerb them (they were titanium colour also which made it even worse) and the ride was horrendous.

OK they don't look as good but I'm quite happy with my standard 17's. Very comfortable and almost impossible to kerb.
