I know exactly how you feel!
I think just randomly turning up and having a chat gets the best results! I wish they could just send a weekly email even if it's just to say they have checked the status for you and there is no update. I rarely get any replies to my emails and then have to play phone tennis for days before getting an "update" that is "no change in status".
10 March seems to fit. Please post here if you get any updates, or manage to find your X3 on a ship!
