I submitted the initial documents on time like the original receipt. They asked for a second set of documents more detailed like specific credit card transaction, bank statement, oil change records etc which they didn't ask the first time. I was out of town for 2weeks and it took some time to gather esp oil change receipts
And moreover, the deadline date was on the second page so missed it.
