It could be lifted a couple of inches by body lift and a couple of inches by wheel/tire lift

Hopefully. It would be completely illogical. If you want a lifted vehicle, then buy a Wrangler and lift it for a top-tier off-road vehicle not a butchered luxury vehicle pretending off road.
