You should. Diff springs will change the geometry of your suspension and if any suspension bolts are removed to enable spring replacement, that too can cause your alignment to be off. Not by much but will impact the longevity of your tires. You didn't mention anything about tires but before having the alignment would be the best time to put new tires on.
