So I’m considering some 22 inch aftermarket wheels that are 22x9 with an offset of 35mm and some Continental DWS 06 tires that are 265 35 22. I think there’s enough room for the tires to fit, but I wasn’t sure if they would stick out on the sides. Any thoughts/insight? Thanks.

So I was curious....
I happened to have an X5M with 22" ADV1 wheels and wanted to get an idea of how they would look on my new M40I.
These are the 22x10.5 et23 (front wheels from my X5M) with 295/30/22 Pirellis
(ride height is wrong here... see bottom picture for proposed height adjustment)
Please ignore the rotor behind the wheel in the next photo... I was trying to imagine a proper ride height
So what do you guys think?
BMW offers 21" wheels on the X3 M40i from the factory, so 22" would only be a plus one.
