For those that still want to keep runflats, I just installed Michelin Primacy MXM4 ZP 102V 245/45 R19 as replacements for the all-season Goodyears my 2015 X3 came with @ 28k miles.
Still a little slick with preservative.... however, I could not get tail slide in an empty supermarket lot covered in an inch of icy slush, but did manage to get some slip going up a steep grade from standing still start in the same conditions.
They seem to be highly superior to the OEM tires in wet/slush. No idea about dry or what they will be like when worn in.
My dealership had to order them, matched tirerack and they arrived and were fitted next day.
