M-Sport models have stiffer suspension and typically come with bigger rims 19 or 20 versus 18 or 19 inches for non M-sport models.
In my opinion there is no substitute to test driving. Spend at least 20-30 minutes driving each on both bumpy and smooth roads. I also suggest driving a more comfort biased SUV such as the X5 or GLC to give other reference points.
