I am trying to add BMW LIVE(I do not need INTERNET) to my X3 but so far without success!

BT_DATA_SERVICE - Aktiv
during switching on BMW LIVE from MENU i have message: "Activate data services for Bluetooth device or contact Service"
btw during phone(SONY M4) pairing i do not have any option for bluetooth data transfer, only PHONE and AUDIO!
any idea how to solve it
