I appreciate its probably a long shot but can coding be the answer to enabling traffic info on my 2014 F25 with pro nav (NBT I take it) and DAB+ down here in Australia?
I have researched the RDS-TMC requirements and am to believe there are 3 main requirements:
1. RDS Radio with RDS-TMC receiver
2. Nav unit with TMC evaluation and display capabilities
3. Maps with TMC tables on it
Further, I am to believe the Australian TMC channel is conditional access and relies on manufacturers having commercial arrangements with Suna TMC (www.sunatraffic.com.au) so may not be plug-and-play as in other countries. As such I don't know if the coding changes I've seen mentioned in a couple of other posts (notably

If the above is a no-go for TMC, can a FSC code enable 6NR (BMW apps currently not available in my car) and/or 6AM (RTTI)?
