Noisy Heater Fan
Just taken my 2013 X3 back to the dealer. I bought it as an ex BMW management car. The windscreen demist/defrost was noisy. The airflow noise was acceptable but along with that was a deeper rumbling noise from the fan. It turned out to be a leaf in the 'fan box'. It only took 30-40 minutes to take the fan out and fix it. It's located under the passenger glove box (RHD vehicle).
I think this problem has been recorded in other forums or this one in a different area.
