No offence, but.... isn't there a contradiction in what you write? How can your tyres look fine a few weeks ago and then have this kind of major "damage" a few weeks later?? I would assume that tyre wear is a gradual/progressive thing, so the uneven wear should have been noticeable much earlier, no?
