I think you have a right to be pissed but I'm glad your car was fixed correctly (which I'm sure is your primary concern).

If anything you can appreciate your bimmer having driven the chevy for an extra week.

I think companies in general are complacent about emails... my last beef with the dealership lead me to writing and mailing a letter... I got a very quick response (two days)
