Got this working for EMAIL with an iPhone 4 but emails are categorised as SMS. See pictures below and note some of the things I played with (not sure which finally got this working)

1. iDrive: Switched off Office Bluetooth and switched it back on
2. iDrive: re-paired iPhone 4 for phone and audio streaming
3. iPhone: setup mail notifications as per below

Only seems to work if iPhone screen is locked (so that new email messages appear on the locked iPhone screen)
