Nice to know that there are some good ones but Cooper Reading arenít one IMO. Never available when you call. Never call back for at least a day. Rarely ever respond to any emails. Insist on reading out the entire spec over the phone when an email is surely the safest and most efficient way to do it. Also a few other gripes about the misinformation like if you donít get nav you donít even get the 6Ē iDrive screen.
All of the said, Audi fell at the first hurdle with my Q5 test drive. I showed up at 8:50, it was booked for 9am a few days before. No Q5. Waited outside for them to open and was told sorry the car wasnít available. Hmmm, so where was the call yesterday to prevent my wasted trip? Muppets. Glad they were so incompetent though as that was the day I first went to BMW and the rest is history.
